Data we collect

The shop may collect account details such as name, email address and your country, plus saved addresses, order history and checkout details when you use the store.

Account names are collected as first name and last name. The shop does not ask for DNI/NIF or identity document copies during normal account registration or checkout.

Customers can change their account email by confirming the new email and providing the current password. Saved addresses keep their own recipient name, phone number with international phone prefix, country, province or region, city and postal code.

Shipping and billing snapshots, selected shipping options, discount details, tax snapshots, payment status, provider operation records and refund records may be stored with an order so the team can process support, fulfillment and accounting safely.

Payment card information is handled by Stripe Checkout, and PayPal account approval is handled by PayPal. Sensitive payment credentials are not stored directly by this shop.

Why we use it

Customer and order data is used to create accounts, manage checkout, confirm payment, prepare manual shipping fulfillment, send order emails and answer support questions.

Operational records may also be used for fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, provider refunds, tax snapshots, legal obligations, admin audit history and internal order review.

Cookie and storage choices

Necessary cookies or browser storage keep the cart, checkout, account session, admin session, security and cookie preference features working.

The cart is stored locally in the browser and expires after 24 hours. Necessary storage is always enabled because the shop cannot work correctly without it.

Analytics and marketing categories are disabled by default and can be changed from Cookie preferences in the footer. Optional analytics or marketing tools must not load before the customer has consented to the relevant category.

Visitors may choose EUR or approximate USD display prices. This display preference may be remembered, but checkout, payments, orders, refunds, discounts, shipping and tax snapshots remain in EUR.
